A care plan keeps a live site updated, secure, and watched. It does not write new pages or change your design. Here is what each tier includes, what sits outside it, and how the billing works.
Every plan, including Host, starts from the same baseline: hosting, an SSL certificate so the site loads over HTTPS, backups, and uptime checks. Those are the floor rather than extras. The plans page also lists daily backups as part of the baseline. Backups are a safety net, not an archive, so keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Sites on our hosting also have access to the client portal, where you can see your sites, uptime, domains, and invoices in one place.
Care is for a site that needs to stay healthy and does not change often. It covers core and plugin updates, security patching, and a monthly health report that tells you how the site is doing. Support is by email, with a two-business-day response target. Care does not include content or design edits. Those are quoted, or they are covered by a higher tier.
Growth is for a business that posts, promotes, and makes changes. It includes everything in Care, plus two hours a month of content and design edits, performance tuning, and upkeep for SEO and your Google Business Profile. Support has a same-business-day response target. Edit hours reset each month and do not roll over, so an hour you do not use this month is gone.
Pro is for a shop or a business that takes bookings online. It includes everything in Growth, plus five hours a month of edits, a quarterly strategy and analytics call, e-commerce and booking-system support, and a staging site where you can approve changes before they go live. For emergencies during business hours, such as a site that is down or a checkout or booking form that is broken, the response target is four hours.
A care plan maintains the site you have. New pages, new sections, templates, integrations, and redesigns are builds, and each one gets a separate quote. Work beyond your monthly edit allowance is billed at $75 an hour, and we tell you before we cross that line, not after. Host has no software updates, content edits, design changes, or ongoing support. If a plugin needs updating or a form stops working on a Host site, that fix is quoted at $75 an hour with a one-hour minimum.
One thing applies to every plan: if something on our own infrastructure takes your site offline, we fix it, whatever the hour. That is part of hosting, not a care add-on.
Care, Growth, and Pro are $39, $79, and $149 a month. Monthly plans have no contract and no minimum term, and you can cancel at any time by email. The current month is not prorated, and service continues through the end of the month you have paid for. Paying yearly gives you two months free on Care, Growth, and Pro. If you cancel an annual plan early, we refund the unused full months at the standard monthly rate for your tier, which means the annual discount is forfeited on the months you used. Host is $100 a year and is not refundable once the year starts, but the site stays up until the year ends.
Care works best when the site runs on our own infrastructure, because that is what makes the monitoring, backups, and support real. If your site is hosted somewhere else, you receive your files and your domain, and any help after that is quoted as one-off work. Coming back is simple too: we audit the site, move it onto our hosting, and pick up where we left off.
Not sure which tier matches your site? Describe how often you expect to change it, and we will suggest one through the quote form. Our terms have the full wording on edits, response targets, and cancellation.
Tell us how often your site changes. We will suggest a plan and a fixed price for any build work.
