No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording. Even the fonts are served from our own server, so your browser never talks to anybody else while this page loads.
The one place this site collects anything is the quote form. What you put in those fields is what we get — plus your IP address, so bots can't hammer it.
We have never sold, rented, or traded contact details, and we don't plan to start. Your information is used to answer you and to do the work you hired us for.

That is the complete inventory. There is no account to create, no newsletter signup, no comment system, and no embedded video or map calling home from a page on this domain.
Don't send us secrets. The quote form is for describing a project. Please don't put passwords, card numbers, or anything similarly sensitive in the message field — if we need credentials to do a job, we will arrange a safe way to hand them over.
What you send through the quote form is used to answer you and, if you hire us, to do the work. Concretely, that means:
We do not use your details for advertising, we don't build profiles, and we don't run automated decision-making of any kind. You will not be added to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
This site sets one cookie, and only on the quote page: a standard PHP session cookie. It carries no personal information — just a random identifier that lets our server remember you submitted the form a moment ago, so it can enforce the one-per-minute limit that keeps spam out. It expires when you close your browser.
There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and nothing shared with a third party. That is also why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner: there is nothing here to consent to.
Ask us to delete your enquiry sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it for the accounting reasons above.
Every page and form on this site is served over HTTPS, so what you type is encrypted in transit. The form itself validates and strips what it receives before anything is emailed, and it refuses submissions that look automated. Access to the mailbox and the hosting account is limited to us and protected by strong, unique credentials with two-factor authentication.
No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affected your information, we would tell you promptly and tell you what to do about it.

We will respond within 30 days and we will not charge you or treat you differently for asking. We may need to confirm you are who you say you are before handing over records — usually by replying from the address the enquiry came from.
Because this site runs no advertising or tracking technology, there is nothing here for a browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. And there is no sale or sharing of personal information for us to let you opt out of, because we don't do it.
If you are a client, two things are worth separating out.
The site we build for you needs its own privacy policy, covering whatever it collects — its contact forms, its store, any analytics or chat widget you asked us to install. This policy does not cover it. We are happy to help you get one in place, but the content and the obligations are yours as the site's owner. Where we host or maintain a client site, we handle the data on it on your instructions and do nothing else with it.
The portal at kwsportal.khual.net is a separate application with its own login, and it shows you your sites, uptime, domains, and invoices. It is governed by the terms of your agreement with us and by the notices shown inside it, not by this page.
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
If we change how this site handles information, we update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. Substantive changes — new categories of data, a new provider handling it — get a note here explaining what changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means the current version applies.
