01What happens after you send this form

Your request goes straight to a real person at Khual Web Service, and you get a confirmation email right away so you know it arrived. Within one business day we reply with a scope and a fixed price. If we need something from you before we can price the work, we ask by email, one clear question at a time, rather than sending a long list.

02Who replies

The reply comes from the person who will be building your site, so you are talking to the same person from the first quote to launch. Replies to our emails land in the shared inbox at contact@khual.net. Our business hours are Central Time, so a request sent on a weekend or holiday is read on the next business day. 03What a quote includes

A quote is a written scope and a fixed price for the work you asked about. It lists the pages or features, and it says whether the domain, DNS, email, and SSL setup are included. If you want ongoing care, the plan is priced separately so you can see both numbers. Builds are quoted before anything starts, and a quote stays valid for 30 days. Work begins once you accept the quote in writing and the deposit is paid. Projects start with a 25% deposit, and the balance is due before launch. Nothing goes live until you have reviewed and approved it.

04What helps us price it

The more we know at the start, the fewer questions come back. These details are the most useful:

• Your business type, and what you sell or offer.
• Your current website, if you have one, and what you wish were different about it.
• The pages or features you expect, such as booking, an online shop, or a contact form.
• Your goal: more calls, more bookings, online sales, or a site that simply looks credible.
• Your deadline, if you have one.
• Any accounts we would need access to, such as your domain registrar or your current host.

05Which plan fits

A quote covers the build. Care is separate, and you can choose the plan that matches how often you expect to change the site after launch:

• Host, $100 a year. Hosting only, with SSL, backups, and uptime checks, and no updates or edits.
• Care, $39 a month. Core and plugin updates, security patching, and a monthly health report.
• Growth, $79 a month. Everything in Care, plus 2 hours a month of content and design edits, performance tuning, and SEO and Google Business Profile upkeep.
• Pro, $149 a month. Everything in Growth, plus 5 hours a month of edits, a quarterly strategy and analytics call, e-commerce and booking support, and a staging site for approvals.
• Custom, quoted. For projects that start with a build, such as an online store or a migration from another provider.

Annual billing gives you two months free on Care, Growth, and Pro. Plans are month to month with no contract, and you can cancel any time. If you are not sure which plan fits, say so in the message box and we will recommend one.
