This page expands on our Terms of Service §08 ("Acceptable use") and §07 (KWS's right to end a plan). If the two ever disagree, the Terms control.
01What is not allowed
Anything hosted, managed, or sent through Khual Web Service LLC — websites, email, domains, and the portal — may not be used to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk email (mailing lists must be opt-in).
- Distribute malware, run crypto miners, or host phishing pages.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other rights, including pirated software, media, themes, or fonts.
- Publish unlawful material, including anything that exploits minors.
- Attack, scan, or probe other systems, or try to get around KWS security.
- Impersonate others, or collect logins or payment details deceptively.
- Share portal access outside your organization, or try to reach other clients' data.
- Use shared hosting in ways that harm other clients (file dumps, mirrors, heavy streaming).
02Enforcement
Enforcement. Under Terms §08 we can suspend an account immediately and will explain why. Under Terms §07 we can end a plan immediately for illegal, abusive, or dangerous use that affects other clients.
03Report abuse
Report abuse: contact@khual.net, subject line "Abuse".
Still not sure what we hold?
Ask. One email and we will tell you exactly what is in our inbox with your name on it, and delete it if that is what you want.
