Care has a two-business-day target for email support, Growth has a same-business-day target, and Pro has a four-hour target for emergencies during business hours. If one of our hosted sites goes offline, it gets immediate attention on every plan, whatever the hour. That is the reason we monitor sites around the clock.
A short message with a few specifics gets a faster and more useful answer. If the question is about a live site, include its address and what is wrong, such as an error message, a broken form, or a page that will not load. If the question is about a project, include your business name, the deadline if there is one, and whether you already have a domain. For a new site, the quote form is the better place to start, because it asks the questions that help us price the work.

Care is $39 a month, Growth is $79 a month, and Pro is $149 a month, all month to month with no contract. Host is $100 a year for hosting only. Custom work is quoted. Annual billing gives two months free on Care, Growth, and Pro. Edits beyond your monthly allowance are billed at $75 an hour, and we tell you before we cross that line.
