JC Alterations runs two shops — Mingo Road in Tulsa and Kenosha Street in Broken Arrow — and every appointment came in by phone, to whichever location happened to pick up.
What they had
No website, no way to check hours before driving over, and two shops on different schedules. Customers showed up to a closed door as often as not.
What we built
A custom Next.js site with a full seven-step booking wizard built directly on Square's Bookings API — location, service, specialist, date, and time, no card required up front, payment stays in store. Each shop shows live open/closed status computed from its own hours, and Google reviews for both locations sync in automatically.
