OKIE Heating & Cooling

An HVAC company competing with national lead-gen sites. Now every request is written down before it is sent anywhere, so no lead goes missing between the form and the office.

Visit the live site

When a furnace fails in January, nobody browses. They search, call the first number that looks real, and book — and if the form silently drops the lead, it just walks to a competitor.

What they had

A contact form nobody could confirm was working, no real service-area pages, and national lead-gen sites outranking them for their own neighborhoods.

What we built

A React platform with a lead pipeline that cannot drop a submission — every request is written down first, then sent through a primary branded email and a guaranteed fallback, so one provider having a bad day still can't cost them a job. Emergency requests are flagged so they get triaged first, service-area pages cover eight Tulsa-metro cities, and structured data carries hours, coverage, and ratings.

The scope

  • React build with a redundant, always-on lead notification pipeline
  • Emergency requests flagged separately so they surface first
  • Service-area pages for eight Tulsa-metro cities
  • Schema markup, sitemap, and local SEO from day one
  • Weekly automated performance reports
  • Sticky call-and-book bar on mobile

What changed after launch

  • No lead goes unanswered — every submission triggers a guaranteed notification
  • Emergency calls surface immediately instead of waiting in an inbox
  • Ranks across the Tulsa metro, not just one city
