Yes. The site is yours once it is paid for, and the domain is bought for you and belongs to you. We manage the domain in our registrar account with privacy protection so you never deal with renewals, DNS, or spam from the public WHOIS — but if you ever leave, we transfer the domain and hand over everything. If you already own a domain, you can keep it in your own account and we will just point it at your site.
Builds are quoted, because a four-page site for a local service business and an online store are not the same job. Tell us what you need and we send a fixed price. Projects start with a 25% deposit, and the balance is due before launch.
No — but the care plan comes with the hosting. Plans work because your site runs on infrastructure we control, which is what makes the monitoring, backups, and support real. If you host somewhere else, you receive your files and your domain, and setting it up on your new host is quoted work — as is any help you need down the road. Most clients stay, because $29.99 a month is less than one hour of anyone's time when something breaks.
